It consists of 5 layers including sanitary paper, PE film, SAP(a kind of material for absorption), nonwoven fabric. We have four regular sizes, S, M,L,XL. Accordingly, the weight from S to XL is 14g,28g,35g,55g. The maximum customized size length could be more than 2m, and the maximum size width is 80cm while there is no limit on length. The largest regular one is 60*90cm and the smallest regular one is 33*45cm. Four regular colors are blue, pink, green, white. Normally SAP content is 1g to 3g on a singly piece but we can add SAP to enhance its absorption according to your requirement. 1g SAP equates to 100ml absorption. We have strict test for its quality to ensure that it will satisfy our customers and will not result in problems. We would test its content and weight regularly. We can also add sticker on pads to make them fixed to the ground. Flavor such as lemon, watermelon and so on could also be added on pads. We have professional production line and machinery based on 18 years nonwoven fabric making experience.

Customized color or patterns could be printed on the surface both of nonwoven fabric or PE film. MOQ for this is about 1000bags. We can also customize package. One is sticker label and another is printing. Sticker label is much more economical than printing and cost $33 for 1000bags. While printed package requires a big quantity. Our cantons are reinforced and will not rip.
